| Dozens of rallies representing even more communities were held in support of the homeowners in the Institute for Justice’s U.S. Supreme Court case, Kelo v. City of New London, which was argued on February 22, 2005. We thank all of you who joined in support of IJ’s clients. More importantly, the rallies served to raise awareness about the abuses of Eminent Domain in your local communities—an effective tool in fighting these abuses at home.
