The U.S. Supreme Court’s Kelo decision in 2005 was met with public outrage. Years later, the public is still overwhelmingly opposed to the eminent domain abuse Kelo authorized. This newly published survey found that 83.5% of respondents do not think the government should use eminent domain for private economic development.
