Last Thursday, Delaware Gov. Markell signed SB 7 into law, providing real eminent domain reform for property owners in the state. That means that Ed Osborne and his business–as well as those of his neighbors–are safe from condemnation for the city of Wilmington’s Christina Landing project. In fact, Gov. Markell let Ed know personally that he signed SB 7.
