Officials threaten widow to build Rite-Aid

City officials have placed all of their hopes on a Rite-Aid for a revitalized downtown in Chowchilla, Calif.

The developer behind the plan says the Rite-Aid is an “absolute blessing” for the city that will “get excitement and vitality” back into the downtown area.
