It looks like the Mediterranean Cruise Café — one of Eagan's most popular family restaurants — will have to relocate after losing an eminent domain battle with the city. A Dakota County judge has ordered the restaurant and four businesses in Eagan's Cedarvale neighborhood to close up and get packing.
